Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. We photograph every bag as accurately as possible, though slight variations in colour can happen depending on your screen and lighting. If anything you receive doesn't match what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your order confirmation and receipt are emailed to you right after checkout, and you can also view your full order history any time under My Account > Orders.

How can I return an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. Get in touch through this page with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps. Full details are on our Return and Refund Policy page.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We keep a small, considered collection, so popular designs sometimes sell out. We do restock where we can — follow us or check back on the product page to see when it's available again.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan, with Cash on Delivery available on all orders.
